Rose Garden is designed so photographs, videos, family relationships, stories, biographies and the local Garden database remain on the family’s computer.

What stays in your Garden

Family media, face information, Rhubi knowledge, family writing, relationship data and local search information are not uploaded to the public Rose Garden website as part of normal use.

What future public services may need

When purchasing and account recovery become available, the service may retain the minimum necessary customer and entitlement information: an email address, purchase reference, product status and allowed Garden count. Payment details will be handled by a hosted payment provider, not stored by Rose Garden.

Family access

Remote access uses anonymous Garden subdomains and layered authorization. A public address alone does not grant membership. The Garden owner controls invitations, linked family identities, devices and revocation.

This is a pre-beta disclosure, not the final legal privacy policy. It will be reviewed and dated before payments are accepted.
